Return & Exchange Policy – Molding Clothing
At Molding Clothing, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for eligible items that meet our exchange conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have no makeup stains, marks, or damage
- Be free from perfume or any odors
- Be in its original packaging
- Have all original tags still attached
- Not be damaged by the customer
- Include valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Exchange Timeframes
Cape Town Orders (Delivery or Collection):
- You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving or collecting your order.
Orders Outside Cape Town:
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Hours (Cape Town)
- Exchanges are handled strictly between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- No exchanges will be processed after 4:00 PM
Important Notice
If you do not request or complete your exchange within the stated timeframe, Molding Clothing will no longer be responsible for the exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that:
- Show signs of wear or use
- Are damaged, stained, or altered
- Have missing tags
- Are not in original packaging
- Do not meet hygiene standards
